Ms. Ngo Thi Thu holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree specializing in Commercial Law from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. She is currently a lawyer registered with the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.

Ms. Ngo Thi Thu has a deep understanding and extensive experience in the legal issues of businesses. She has participated in hundreds of lawsuits in courts and arbitration related to disputes in construction contracts, sale and purchase contracts, service contracts, insurance contracts, land disputes, administrative disputes, etc. With her extensive practical experience, she has successfully supported many businesses in complex disputes worth billions of Vietnamese Dong.

She is also a co-founder of the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center.

PHAN HUY HONG

Mr. Phan Huy Hong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Karl Marx Leipzig University (Germany) and completed the full-time law program in Sachsen (Germany). He earned his Ph.D. in law with honors from Leipzig University. In addition to his legal expertise, he also received international management training at the Munich Academy of Management through a scholarship from the German Federal Ministry of Economics.

In 2012, he was appointed as Associate Professor, and in 2017, he was appointed as a Senior Lecturer (Level I) at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.

Currently, he specializes in research, teaching, and consulting in the field of commercial law, including corporate law, commercial law, investment law, construction law, competition law, e-commerce, import-export, etc.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Huy Hong has extensive knowledge of international commercial arbitration, the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards, and was a member of the Editorial Board of the Commercial Arbitration Law Project (2010). He regularly represents many businesses in litigation before courts and arbitrators in commercial disputes.

He is also a co-founder of the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center.

Mr. Nguyen Van Thuong holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and a Master of Laws degree from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is currently a lawyer registered with the Hanoi Bar Association.

He has many years of experience working at foreign enterprises and leading foreign law firms in Vietnam. He has extensive experience in foreign investment advisory, M&A transactions, etc.

Particularly in the field of litigation, he has participated in resolving many disputes involving foreign elements in courts and arbitrations (both domestic and international), related to commercial activities, including investment disputes, construction disputes, sale and purchase disputes, etc.
