Ms. Ngo Thi Thu holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Master of Laws degree specializing in Commercial Law from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. She is currently a lawyer registered with the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association.
Ms. Ngo Thi Thu has a deep understanding and extensive experience in the legal issues of businesses. She has participated in hundreds of lawsuits in courts and arbitration related to disputes in construction contracts, sale and purchase contracts, service contracts, insurance contracts, land disputes, administrative disputes, etc. With her extensive practical experience, she has successfully supported many businesses in complex disputes worth billions of Vietnamese Dong.
She is also a co-founder of the HTA Commercial Arbitration Center.
